Our Leadership
In keeping with our “bottom-up” style of leadership and non-traditional preferences as a church, Crossroads has, from its founding, only had one leadership body that has always been responsive and accountable to the congregation as a whole. This Coordinating Council is composed of four lay leaders and the pastor. The Council meets as often as necessary (typically once or twice a month), and these meetings are open for anyone to attend. Typically we have a “Dialogue” once per quarter where the Council and congregation discuss vision, strategy, and various ministry plans.
